Interhides to raise Bt 273m
Thailand's Interhides Plc a producer of leather coverings for automobiles, will sell its shares at baht 18.25 each next week in an initial public offering expected to raise 273.75 million baht, according to Kim Eng Securities, the deal's financial advisor and underwriter.
The subscription period will be December 14 to December 16, said Sittichai Mahaguna, an investment banker at Kim Eng. The company's shares will debut on the Thai bourse on December 22 with the trade symbol IHL.TH.
