BNT to buy Channel (V) stake
BNT Entertainment Plc said on Tuesday its shareholders approved a plan to purchase a 50 percent stake in Channel (V) (Thailand) from Broadcasting Network (Thailand) via a share swap.
Television and radio company BNT plans to offer 60.9 million new shares to Broadcasting Network at the price of 1.10 baht each, in exchange for 10,001 shares of Channel (V) at 6,700 baht each, a music-television channel, the company said in a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
