A.P.F. Holdings Ltd., a Japanese private fund, has agreed to buy 42.9 million shares, or a 25.4% stake, in Thailand's United Securities from a group of major shareholders at a price of THB8.04 a share, the Thai brokerage firm said in a statement Monday.
Among the sellers are Town Holding Ltd., TME Capital Ltd., City Holding Ltd., Ufinves Corp. Ltd., and Vitoon Wongkusolkit.
