Car sales rise as fuel cost drops

Auto sales in Thailand, Southeast Asia's biggest auto market, rose in November to their fourth- highest on record, as falling fuel prices and a stronger economy helped Isuzu Motors and Honda Motors sell more cars.
Sales last month rose 8.3 percent to 63,422 units from 58,578 in November last year, Toyota Motors (Thailand) said in an e-mail today. Toyota, the biggest carmaker in Thailand, compiles monthly data for the nation's auto industry.
