BANGKOK, Nov 18 - Parliamentarians from more than 100 countries will convene in Bangkok for an International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) scheduled to be held here, Gen. Jaral Kullavanich, deputy chairman of Thailand's National Legislative Assembly (NLA) announced Friday.
