PHUKET, Dec 25 - More than Bt 1billion (over US$27 million) in tourism revenue is expected to flow into this Andaman Sea resort town on the eve of the New Year celebrations, as substantial numbers of hotel rooms on the region's breathtaking beaches have been fully booked.
Patong Beach Hoteliers' Club president Krisada Tansakul said that this season's hotel accommodations on famous Patong Beach have been fully booked from December 24 through January 15 next year.
