Cinema chain Major Q3 profit tops forecasts

Major Cineplex Group Plc , Thailand's largest cinema chain operator, said yesterday higher sales and advertising revenues helped lift its third-quarter net profit.
Major Cineplex reported a third-quarter net profit of 157 million baht ($3.8 million), or 0.22 baht per share, topping the expectations of 135-153 million baht of three analysts.
