BANGKOK, Nov 2 - Thai Army Commander-in-Chief Sonthi Boonyaratkalin said on Thursday that the deposed prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra is now in China--confirming earlier reports---but he said the possible return of the fallen leader is up to the prime minister.
