Construction contractor CH. Karnchang Plc has signed a 1.45-billion-baht contract with the Royal Irrigation Department to build drainage ways and roads in the area of the Suvarnabhumi Airport, the new Bangkok international airport which is due to commence operations later this year. The construction period is set for approximately 780 days.
Newspaper publisher Matichon Plc will pay 0.35 baht a share full dividend for 2005 on May 18. The share registration book to determine dividend rights will be closed on May 3.
Ocean Glass Plc said its board has approved a plan to issue up to 2 billion baht bonds with up to 10-year maturity. The proceeds will be used to repay bank loans and expand business.
