PATTAYA, Oct 28 - The demand for natural gas vehicles (NGVs) in Thailand is expected to rise in response to rising oil prices, and in anticipation some fuel refiners have already started to up their production output to cope with the coming demand.

Unwise policy, instead of heavily in investing in NGV refuelling stations which it is hardly successful because of lack of instracture of piping networks, the government should focus more on improving efficiency of vehicles and the systems of transportation as a whole
